top model last night? meh…. tomorrow is hockey. can’t wait for hockey. heard that Havlat won’t be there for Ottawa since he’s got a shoulder injury and he’s getting surgery – making him a no-go for the rest of regular season. mario was admitted to hospital in PA and i just want to go for a beer and watch the canucks kick some Senator butt. although…. out of any canadian team, if anyone were to kick our butts, i’d mind them the least…

in other news, PM PM is taking aim at handguns in his latest election promise. i also think that having armed skytrain cops is a moronic idea. i know we aren’t as much of a gun-crazed society as our neighbours to the south. i couldn’t actually name one person i know (family, friend, co-worker, aquaintance) that owns one. with gun-related crimes on the rise (across the country), i think it’s about time there was some sort of action taken by the higher-ups.

now on a lighter note… i had to do a PIL yesterday. PIL = Process Improvement Log. Meaning, if you make a mistake that has repercussions for us and/or the client we have to put it in a log …I have about 10 since I started here over a year ago… some people have none, some have 5 in a week…it’s about the equivalent to writing something out on the chalkboard 1000 times or spending an hour in the bad-dog box.
