Naughty Future Shop Video Helper
Duane was on the Future Shop website today and told me while he was using the “Ask an Expert” feature he decided just for fun that he’d ask some naughty questions.
The idea is, you type in your audio/video related question, the guy on screen says something witty, then forum topics appear below. You can then browse those forums or keep searching. All of the expert’s responses are pre-recorded and pretty random. Well, Duane being the adventurous guy that he is, decided to detour from the usual questions and discovered that the video helper has a saucy side.
The question Duane asked him was a little too PG for me to repeat here, but I have taken a screencast of my own interaction with Future Shop’s ‘expert’ video helper:

That was good enough for a smirk… barely. Its too bad that the semantic search is so bad.
Meh, it was fun to stumble upon although I’m not sure what the point is really for the video helper.
