I was so excited to go to Saturdays game…. it wasn’t meaningless like some people i know thought it was – it meant everything to me to watch Linden play his possible last game. I cried at the beginning of the 3rd period too (i thought i was the only one) and then again – at the end of the game… and when they named him 3rd star. Linden will forever been in the hearts of all true Canucks fans!

That’s nice to hear in the Province! Only thing I have of Trevor Linden is his autograph from a dinner before one of the games. Along with Kirk McLean, Pavel Bure etc.

I can’t believe he’s been around for 19 yrs!

that was a pretty big downer to end a season.I thought it was neat though that everyone at the bar broke into applause several times when Linden was on after the game.
