It's a terrible name for a restaurant, but the food, service and staff are all excellent and their dishes are clean. I didn't see their name on the list either, which is a good sign. That might reduce the number of violations ie the visibility of the restaurant name and what specific problem they have would make them take it more seriously. they still have the info in a pdf format eh?

As someone who has worked in the environmental health field, I can assure you that the standards are very lenient in some aspects and too stringent on others. What worries me, though, is that some restaurants that are considered "high-end" are on the list! Ok, I admit that I also got worried with the Fraser St. and Main St. restaurants.
