I think his point arising from the example is that it is mindset, followed by appropriate action, and not the market conditions, that determine success whether you are a realtor or otherwise..... that's what i got out of it anyhow Steve et al: good presentation-thx for putting it together (still hoping for comparison of the best options for contact mgmt; maybe Maximizer, Top Producer and ????? particularly would like to find one that is web based so can be accessed from anywhere!) but great job as usual Patricia on the sales slump issue-it was mentioned with specific examples from his recent trip to Calif and of realtors still doing well vs. those who don’t. They have terrible customer service I have found too. If they don't find your email interesting they just ignore it for days even weeks. One guy got a response in the forums from Blake over 11 days after his initial query and the response was pretty lean. I have had this problem on several occasions and seen it with others too.
