I understand that it is an icon in Stanley park but for heaven's sake, take a nice picture, make a plaque, lay the tree down to rest and let it nurse some new growth, already. The parking lot doesn't look any bigger than it used to be but they seem to be adding some more tourist type features as well as updating some of the look out points. It’s nice to see that you can access the bunker. Me and my girlfriend last visited in March 2005, before any of the storm damage. We completely missed the Siwash Bunker which is a shame as we missed out on some good photo opportunities!
