This year I am blogging for Richmond Animal Protection Society, it is a no-kill animal shelter that operates the main Richmond Animal Shelter on No5 Road as well as the largest cat sanctuary in North America (over 900 cats live there.) I volunteer there every week feeding cats, as well as donate monthly, and I am a member of the society. I have collected stories about many of the cats that live at the shelter (provided by staff and volunteers) and some of them are heart breaking but happy endings as these abandoned animals now live in cat paradise. I will also be showing photos of the cats that I spend so much of my life with. As well as information regarding this amazing charity that has operated now for 20 years. I hope you and everyone else can at least stop by and say hello on my blog, even if they can't afford to donate now. My donation page will always be up, and I will continue to blog about the cats and RAPS, as I will be a life long supporter. I'm 16 weeks pregnant so I can't really get out to the 24 hour set up by you Rebecca, I have a silent partner (wishes to remain anon - she's shy) that is helping me complete the 24 hours, so I (and my baby belly) can get my zzz's.
