I too am writing to comment on the lack of communication.... I went to purchase tickets on Feb 8th for an event on 15th... I tried to process first on line no luck, then my friend tried again for me, no luck, I called the reservation line on the 1 866 no. and the 3 rd party person processed my ticket purchase but was unsuccessful in obtaining confirmation after 49 mins of being on the telephone.... when I asked her for her name for follow up in case I did not recieve confirmation she hung up on me. I have since left 3 messages on the customer service line 1 866 #1 and have sent 3 emails. The phone lines have since been dropped with no opportunity to talk to anyone or leave a message. I even left a message for the VIP coordinator with a message from the President of my company. I have not rec'd a phone call or email from anyone... I have followed up with Visa and the charges have gone through as of Feb 8th...
The event is on Monday and I have nothing to get me into the venue but they have the money...... all help and advice would be appreciated.....

They have changed their twitter name to just Hockey_House http://twitter.com/Hockey_House
Would have been better without the underscore.

Miss 604...we're looking at the possibility of allowing under LDA during the day at Molson Canadian Hockey House. We will have those of legal drinking age wrist banded to ensure legal drinking age consumption only. Thanks for the interest. Cheers @MolsonFerg
