Vancouver Time Lapse Videos

This morning a beautiful time lapse video of Vancouver was floating around Twitter (it’s the first video in the following series). This has inspired me to create a quick gallery post of some of my favourite time lapse videos of our fair city.

I also really love this one but it’s not in an embeddable format so I can’t showcase it here. For more information on how to create a video like this, you can check out this post by John Biehler.

Really cool. Love the collection. All are impressive but I’m really blown away the Innerlife Project piece. Excellent photography; really captures Vancouver being Vancouver.

I fondly remember “A Day in Vancouver”. So many of us were out that evening in the pouring rain capturing the lightning flashes. Others braved the weather to watch the Celebration of Light fireworks display. There are great video’s out there showing the fireworks show complemented by Mother Nature’s display!

Spectacular. I can only imagine how much work it took for them to make that video, which makes it all the more amazing.
