    I think that’s a snap of an old BC Tel van! ….or maybe Hydro….but it’s definitely one of them!

  4. Now those are the BC Hydro utility vehicles I remember as a kid. Usually one worker on the ground and another in one of those “tents” that used to be strung over the lines. They were still using climbing belts and spikes to ascend/decend the utility pole.
