BC Place Free Community Weekend
BC Place will be hosting a free “Community Weekend” this month, inviting fans and families to the stadium for a visit.
The last BC Place open house took place in July 2011, before renovations were complete. Now, on Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th, from 12:00pm until 4:00pm, everyone can check out the home of the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
Events will include interactive on-field activities with members of both home teams (BC Lions and Whitecaps FC), dressing room walk-throughs, the chance to walk out on the field, and tours of some of the new suites.
All visitors can enjoy half-price admission at the BC Sports Hall of Fame as well.
This BC Place Community Weekend is free to attend, just enter through Gate A off Terry Fox Plaza. Follow @BCPlace on Twitter for more information and updates.
