Samsung recently revealed their latest Android smartphone, the Galaxy S III, and they’ll be celebrating with a launch party in Vancouver.

John Biehler, who is no stranger to mobile phone technology, has published a blog post with his first impressions:

For me, as of this moment, the S III seems to be the best Android experience available although I haven’t personally tried out the HTC One X which is another hot Android device right now.

I really like what Samsung has been doing with their devices lately and as I’ve been wanting for years, they are finally a true competitor for the Apple juggernaut.     I look for freedom, for a long time I used the iPhone, but got tired of always having to jailbreak my device to do what I want with it. Apple is heading down a slippery slope, so I jumped ship and now have the Samsung Galaxy Note “phablet” and friggin’ love it! Long live Samsung!

    The thing I look for the most in a smartphone has to be smoothness of processor.
    If the program lags and doesn’t process smoothly, the user experience is completely ruined.
    I know few friends who had samsung galaxy II S and they were happy with their phone.
