There is a deep appreciation for delicious delicacies, decadent treats, and comforting home-cooked fare in Vancouver, from sashimi and Canadian caviar to vegan ice cream, donuts and gooey cheeseburgers. One sweet indulgence is cake, of all shapes and sizes, that our talented local pâtisseries and bakeries serve up for special occasions and everyday delights.
