About the Grand Prize
Enjoy a Chef’s Taster Menu for Two at The Observatory at Grouse Mountain. This unique multi-course dining experience, valued at $125 per person*, showcases the best of The Observatory’s regionally inspired menu. Chef Dino L. Gazzola will select highlights of the seasonal menu for your enjoyment and our sommelier will match 5 wines with a range of grape varieties and styles.
The Observatory is the crown jewel of Grouse Mountain’s restaurant collection. Situated on the top floor of the Peak Chalet, this award-winning venue showcases the best of BC while leaving a minimal environmental footprint. The Observatory is both Green Table and Ocean Wise certified and its accomplished culinary team works with local suppliers to ensure authentic regional fare.
In recognition of Earth Hour 2009, Grouse Mountain will be extinguishing the lights in the Peak Chalet from 8:30 to 9:30pm on Saturday, March 28th. This measure is in keeping with our commitment to sustainability and our Blue Grouse philosophy – giving back to the mountain that gives so much to us. Watch for Vancouver’s first and only wind turbine, coming to Grouse Mountain next winter.
