A couple of words about the Seaforth Highlanders ceilidh on May 29th: lots of free parking just behind the Armoury (access from 1st Avenue). The welcome home parade starts at 2.15 PM and other pipe and drum band performances are scheduled throughout the afternoon. Some great archival photos from the City of Vancouver Archives can be viewed at http://www.flickr.com/groups/seaforth100/
