Vancouver Video: Camera Testing and Time Lapse

Comments 3 by Rebecca Bollwitt

At least once a month a really cool video of Vancouver makes it way around the internet. Whether it’s a tribute, news item, time lapse or miniature tilt-shift, it’s always cool to step back and get another view of the city.

The latest video (to appear on my radar at least) is by Brandon Moza, who was testing out his new Canon camera a few months ago.

Thanks to the Room With A View Blog for the heads up on this one.

And just for fun, here’s a new video time lapse video (above) featuring Vancouver. Our city is only in about the first 35 seconds of this video but it’s a neat time lapse view of Vancouver during the 2010 Olympics.

It amazes me the quality of video that comes for dSLRs these days. I too have the 7D I’ve never really gotten into video and don’t really plan it.

I do like the Vancouver footage though, looks chilly like summer is over though lol

Absolutely stunning sequences! The end reminds me of the ending of American Beauty – with the leafs swirling in the wind.
